Join Amber, Gabby, and Jacqui for this deep dive into Pilates Mat (levels 1-3) and the Fundamentals that carry through to all forms of Pilates. This training is limited to 16 people. This training is for anyone looking to advance their Pilates practice and is required for our future Pilates Reformer Trainings.

Weekend Intensives once a month (Sat 10:30 am-3:30 pm, Sun 12-5 pm)
