Alicia Pacalo
Alicia is a classically trained chef who moved to the valley during a tough transition in her 20s. She originally fell in love with yoga and exercise to lose weight. However, over the years, functional fitness has changed not only her body composition but has turned into more of a practice for mental health. Alicia has learned the importance of consistent movement to provide mental stability and is passionate about sharing that connection with others. She is loud, fun, and unapologetically herself. Alicia is a SOMA breathwork practitioner and has certifications in Flow Yoga from Core Power and Pilates Mat from the Physical Mind Institute.
