Amanda Crockett

Amanda grew up dancing in Washington and from there she learned to speak through movement. She discovered yoga at a young age in high school and after feeling burnt out from dance she really delve into the practice of yoga once entering college. She found yoga to be self-healing, transforming her mind, heart and body. Most recently, she has been both a mentor and yoga instructor for teens in treatment. Because of the holistic benefits of yoga and her love for working with people, Amanda is currently enrolled in her 800hr Yoga Therapy Certification.

Amanda has her 200hr YTT through CorePower Yoga as power yoga is the style she personally practices in the most. She values incorporating mindfulness into her yoga practice as a way to let go of suffering. She supports and encourages individualized yoga practices and offers a welcoming space for all level of yogis.Fast-forward to 2022. Carly, her husband, and their two boys recently moved to Ketchum. Carly believes movement is the best medicine—healing for body, mind, and soul. Join Carly for a class that will push you to your limits but leave you feeling better than when you walked in!
