Amber Carpenter

After spending 20 + years away from our beautiful valley Amber has recently moved back with her husband, 2 young children, and French Bulldog, bringing her love of movement and mindfulness with her. In her time away she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and subsequently worked in healthcare administration and management for several years. In 2011 Amber completed the Pilates Mat and Reformer training through Balanced Body Pilates and began teaching right away in Boise. After experiencing some big life changes in 2014, Amber heeded the call to yoga and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher training through Shanti Yoga, followed up by Shanti’s 80-hour Pre-Natal Yoga certification. Finding a real love of working with both pre and post-natal women, Amber has spent much of the last few years working with pregnant women and helping them navigate this incredible time in their bodies and minds.

Amber is passionate about building an inclusive space where people from all walks of life can feel confident in their bodies. Her classes are challenging yet attainable and lighthearted…. everyone is welcome!
